What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define success metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Own end-to-end analyses for product initiatives to inform roadmap decisions.
• Execute and interpret A/B tests and experiments, ensuring statistical rigor.
• Build and maintain dashboards for self-service insights across the organization.
• Develop data-driven narratives to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate on event instrumentation and data quality improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows and improve output quality.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• 2-4 years of experience in analytics within a B2C, e-commerce, or marketing-adjacent environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and familiarity with Python or R.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a solid statistical foundation.
• Working knowledge of product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Ability to create clear visualizations and functional dashboards.
• Comfortable using AI tools to augment analytical and coding workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer-facing tech, fantasy sports, or fintech.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and event taxonomy design.
