What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of metric changes in filing, user, and risk workflows.
• Collaborate with operational teams to analyze workflows and provide actionable recommendations.
• Refine metric definitions and strengthen data reliability to improve measurement rigor.
• Apply statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of operational changes and experiments.
• Develop dashboards and self-serve reporting tools using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools to enable operational observability.
• Present clear operational insights to leadership for strategic planning and reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large operational datasets.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to conduct root-cause investigations in operational data.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
