What you will do

• Define and drive the analytics vision for the casino experience to inform strategic decision-making and growth.
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing analytics team, fostering accountability and mentoring future leaders.
• Establish and govern the experimentation strategy, ensuring rigor and measurable impact across key initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning analytical roadmaps with business objectives.
• Build scalable reporting and monitoring frameworks to proactively surface performance trends and risks.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Data Science, and Product teams to translate behavioral insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in analytics or data science.
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience, including leading managers or senior analysts.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, SAS, or Matlab).
• Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights.
