What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior, engagement patterns, and lifecycle trends to shape business strategy.
• Design, execute, and measure experiments to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards for performance and health metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Synthesize complex data into executive-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify market dynamics and optimize the player experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• At least 3 years of analytics or data science experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, SAS, or Matlab).
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to translate large, complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Must be eligible to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
