Account Service Representative (Sales): Supporting the East Coast Sales organization by managing media proposals, inventory forecasting, and client-facing operations with an accent on data accuracy and strategic sales planning. Focus on optimizing ad product pricing, managing pipeline consistency in Salesforce, and driving revenue growth through effective pre-sale and post-sale support.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office required).

Salary: $66,300 - $663,020 per year.

What you will do

  • Create and revise compelling media proposals during the pre-sale process.
  • Manage inventory forecasting for Takeovers and Rotational media.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and pipeline management in Salesforce and Operative.
  • Handle post-sale revisions, including targeting changes and budget shifts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Ad Ops teams to resolve delivery issues and propose inventory solutions.
  • Manage nationwide project initiatives such as Premieres and Audience Guarantees.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate with a keen interest in Sales.
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level understanding of media math and proposal composition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Internship experience in digital, TV, or agency media.
  • Knowledge of DoubleClick, Operative, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with dynamic digital products like Sponsorships or Programmatic.
