Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 yearly + sales incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Directors to develop strategic media plans that align with client objectives.
- Configure and optimize campaigns using data analytics and client feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Ad Ops, Marketing, and Research to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
- Manage day-to-day agency and client relationships to deliver high-quality service.
- Drive operational sales processes and support renewal strategies based on performance insights.
- Communicate campaign performance recaps to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Four-year degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience required.
- 1+ years of experience in linear or digital media planning or client service.
- 2+ years of experience in media-related projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in both digital and linear media.
- Knowledge of Ad Serving software and tracking tools.
