What you will do

• Manage the pharmacy services contract portfolio, including development, negotiation, renewal, and termination.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and privacy units to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
• Oversee external vendor performance in coordination with the vendor management team.
• Partner with leadership on strategic contracting initiatives to meet team business needs.
• Support the review and execution of contract amendments and RFP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (or 3 years equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience in contract development.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Managed Care or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
