What you will do

• Manage squad performance, set clear goals, and track progress while providing direct mentorship.
• Translate complex AI requirements into scalable, robust technical architectures.
• Partner with Product teams to define, prioritize, and execute the technical roadmap.
• Ensure engineering excellence by implementing tools for tracking usability, conversion, and retention.
• Lead people management initiatives, including 1:1s and career development for team members.
• Optimize development processes and drive the adoption of AI-powered coding practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and AI Agents.
• 3+ years of proven experience in team management with direct reports.
• Strong delivery-oriented mindset with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate at a high technical level, focusing on system design and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Bias for action and ability to anticipate future architectural requirements.
