What you will do
- Manage and grow a team of 7-10 data scientists, setting analytics direction and fostering a data-driven culture.
- Define and execute the consumer analytics vision for the Marketplace Product team.
- Lead AI transformation by architecting and scaling agentic AI systems and GenAI workflows.
- Use advanced analytics to identify friction points and unlock growth opportunities with a customer-obsessed mindset.
- Design measurement frameworks and lead high-volume product experimentation at scale.
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders and communicate technical and strategic insights effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics leadership and team management.
- Deep expertise in modern AI applications, including hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong statistical analysis background, including causal inference and exploratory data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot).
- Demonstrated experience designing measurement frameworks and leading product experimentation at scale.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred.
