Salary: $151,800 - $220,050

What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise decisioning charter, operating model, and KPI trees aligned with strategic business outcomes.
• Establish and govern the roadmap for the decision engine, prioritizing next-best-action and lead-routing initiatives.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for the architecture, performance, and lifecycle management of a real-time decision engine at scale.
• Direct teams to translate business goals into eligibility schemas, reward functions, and constrained optimization approaches.
• Oversee the design and deployment of decision policies and sequencing logic for prospects and existing clients.
• Build and develop a team of Decision Science and Technical Product Management leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in decision science, applied data science, or optimization.
• 3+ years of experience leading managers or senior practitioners in a people management capacity.
• Deep expertise in optimization and experimentation techniques (uplift modeling, bandits, GLMs).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python to guide technical standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
