What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, including cash application, collections, and credit oversight.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Shared Services team aligned with company leadership standards.
• Implement strong internal controls and governance routines to ensure financial integrity.
• Drive process automation, system migrations, and the adoption of AI technology to improve transactional accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and IT to optimize order-to-cash efficiency.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including HQ Finance, vendors, and distribution teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably in CPG or distribution.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable, collections, and order-to-cash processes.
• Proficiency with major ERPs (SAP preferred) and data analytics tools.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA qualification.
• Experience with High Radius or similar AR platforms.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and advanced RPA tools.
