What you will do

• Develop and leverage Machine Learning models and advanced data analytics to identify risks in the claims management platform.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support the entire claims management lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable intelligence and growth opportunities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code prioritizing system performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with a focus on production-ready code.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Solid grasp of ML paradigms, including Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Experience working with RDBMS, specifically Postgres.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English and international work experience.
• Experience developing applications using Elixir or Rust.
• Experience working in a cloud-based environment, preferably AWS.
• Ability to create, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
