What you will do

• Design and develop LLM compression techniques based on quantum-inspired technologies for various domains.
• Evaluate, benchmark, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
• Build LLM applications such as RAG and AI agents.
• Assess models, propose enhancements, and develop custom deep learning solutions for clients.
• Work on diverse areas like computer vision and maintain documentation.
• Share knowledge, mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, and stay current with LLM trends.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science or related.
• 2+ years hands-on with designing, training, or fine-tuning deep learning models, preferably transformers or computer vision.
• 2+ years with transformer models and libraries like HuggingFace Transformers, Accelerate, Datasets.
• Solid mathematical foundations in deep learning algorithms and neural networks.
• Excellent Python skills with PyTorch, HuggingFace; experience with AWS, Docker, GPU architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Research publications in deep learning.
• Experience with HPC clusters, large datasets, inference tools (TensorRT, vLLM), RAG systems, non-LLM DL apps.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and MLOps.
