What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality, fit-for-purpose technical AI solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Own delivery end-to-end, from initial scoping to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Capture deployment learnings and document best practices to inform core platform evolution.
• Collaborate with product teams to contribute code and feedback to internal AI frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain or able to work from the local office.
• Demonstrable programming proficiency in Python (or C#, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Solid grasp of the software delivery lifecycle, version control (Git), and data engineering tools like Pandas and Spark.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google AI) and distributed computing architectures.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with agentic AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with open-source AI tools like Hugging Face.
