What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality technical AI solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate custom AI solutions leveraging agentic AI frameworks.
• Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to production deployment to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the evolution of core AI platforms through feedback and code contributions.
• Document best practices and share field intelligence to inform platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (or C#, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Solid grasp of SDLC, version control (Git, GitHub), and data tools like Pandas and Spark.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed computing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Expertise in multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Practical knowledge of deploying RAG architectures and knowledge systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical value to executive audiences.
