Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation support is available.

What you will do
- Cold call and influence accommodation providers to join the Odigeo Connect Platform via email and telephone.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for designated lodging portfolios until they are live on the platform.
- Gather market intelligence and maintain a comprehensive supplier database within Salesforce.
- Build and maintain strong, helpful professional relationships with lodging providers.
- Review and optimize personal sales performance to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Provide support and mentorship to other Sales Contractors.
Requirements
- Fluent written and oral English.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with the ability to influence confidently.
- Strong autonomy and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Gmail, and Salesforce CRM.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Hospitality sector or Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry.
- Experience with applied AI tools such as Gemini to enhance productivity and workflows.
- Curiosity and an experimentation mindset regarding emerging AI-driven solutions.
