TL;DR

Fullstack Software Development Engineer II (React Native/Go/Java): Developing and optimizing customer-facing remittance experiences for the US market with an accent on onboarding, payment, and disbursement flows. Focus on building scalable, resilient full-stack solutions and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve the immigrant money-transfer experience.

Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA). Must be based in or be able to work from the Seattle office at least 50% of the time monthly.

Salary: $144,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Develop high-quality, scalable code using React Native, TypeScript, Go, Java/Kotlin, and AWS.
  • Rapidly build prototypes to solve complex customer challenges in onboarding and payments.
  • Utilize modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and security.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to create outstanding user experiences.
  • Contribute to software architecture and the technical roadmap for long-term maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint rituals, and mentoring of other engineers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with React or React Native.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
  • Strong fundamentals in computer science, web, and native app design patterns.
  • Knowledge of system design and agile practices.
  • Must be able to meet the in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time in Seattle.
