Salary: $103,100 - $154,700 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of services and data flows within Azure solutions to ensure security, performance, and reliability.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases and automated tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and design guidance to improve system thinking and code quality.
• Manage technical execution for workstreams, breaking down architecture into clear tasks and managing dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to align technical deliverables with business outcomes.
• Utilize AI-assisted development and testing tools to optimize coding, testing, and documentation workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in application development, cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or data and analytics.
• Proven experience serving as a team lead or workstream owner coordinating high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure or another major public cloud platform.
• Practical experience with AI-augmented development tools in daily professional work.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments including backlog refinement and iteration planning.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship is available.
