What you will do

• Build AI-driven testing capabilities including test agents and workflows that interpret requirements and provide feedback.
• Drive intelligent test automation using LLMs to generate and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Own QA pipeline automation with GitHub Actions and Tekton for reliable deployments.
• Improve test reliability, coverage, and reduce flaky tests using AI-assisted approaches.
• Support testing strategies for AI product features with non-deterministic outputs.
• Enable engineering teams with reusable tooling, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, CloudOps, and platform teams to embed quality in the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Located in the EU – no recruitment outside EU.
• Strong interest in AI and automation with hands-on experience in LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering.
• Experience in software testing and quality engineering across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Comfortable writing code for automation, API integration, CI/CD, and scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows like GitHub Actions and pipeline automation.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure, infrastructure, and IaC concepts.
• Interest in AI evaluation, observability, and reliability measurement.
• Collaborative mindset for fast-moving teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks or evaluation tooling.
• Familiarity with Tekton or Kubernetes pipelines.
• Experience with Azure AI or Microsoft Foundry.
• Background in development, DevOps, or platform engineering.
