What you will do

• Implement and refine QA strategies in collaboration with Product Development Managers to enhance testing efficiency.
• Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks aligned with architectural standards.
• Lead the practical application and optimization of automation frameworks using tools like Playwright and Selenium.
• Act as a pivotal liaison between the QA team and other departments to ensure seamless workflow integration.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
• Identify and lead initiatives to innovate QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in IT, specializing in testing strategies and automation.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing QA teams.
• Expertise in QA automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete) and languages (Python, Java, C#).
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Solid experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE, or PMP.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native testing.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and forward-looking QA leadership.
