What you will do
- Define and scale the global corporate narrative across earned media, social channels, and emerging AI search surfaces.
- Lead a modern press office program and execute an influencer strategy to extend reach into community-driven channels.
- Develop an executive communications engine to produce high-quality thought leadership for the C-suite.
- Serve as the communications lead on the Escalation Response Team to proactively manage risks and crisis moments.
- Build a sophisticated measurement framework to track message pull-through and contribution to business pipeline.
- Lead and inspire a global team of communications professionals across the US, APAC, and EMEA.
Requirements
- 15+ years in corporate communications with 5+ years leading a global function at a B2B technology company.
- Proven track record managing communications at a publicly traded company or during high-stakes moments like IPOs or M&A.
- Deep expertise in omnichannel storytelling and media relations with established Tier 1 business and trade contacts.
- Experience with AI-native communications and a clear perspective on influencing LLM outputs.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to earn trust and gain alignment within the C-suite.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, CA (or as required by the US-based role).
