Head of Content & Comms (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States. On-site in the Downtown San Francisco office 5 days a week. Relocation assistance and visa and green card application support are available for successful applicants moving to San Francisco.

Compensation: OTE $203K–$268K annually.

What you will do

• Build and own the content roadmap across formats, channels, and timelines.
• Define the content strategy and voice across social platforms.
• Own SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across content and channels.
• Drive monthly production of white papers, e-books, infographics, and short-form videos.
• Manage global PR and media relationships and develop customer case studies and stories.
• Develop thought leadership through the CEO’s LinkedIn and public persona, while supporting presentations, webinars, speaking engagements, podcasts, and external content vendors.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience with a portfolio of owned content programs and strong storytelling skills.
• Experience managing content teams across multiple platforms and channels.
• Ability to manage a full-funnel content calendar and balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for tone, clarity, and grammar.
• Comfort working directly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive, and independently driven approach suited to a fast-moving startup environment.
