What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customs Specialists to foster high performance.
• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with EMEA regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to resolve complex customs issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for regulatory inquiries and complex declarations.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational targets and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or logistics.
• Proven experience in team management, coaching, and development.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
