What you will do

• Operate and maintain printers, inserters, and other production equipment.
• Prepare payroll checks and reports for client delivery according to specific instructions.
• Log and coordinate payroll deliveries via courier services.
• Manage inventory and stock fulfillment supplies such as envelopes, paper, and check stock.
• Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance appointments with external vendors.
• Lead the production team to achieve operational goals and act as the primary lead in the manager's absence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Springfield, MA, USA.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate computer workstations, printers, and office machinery.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet competing, stringent deadlines.
• Capacity to work with little or no supervision.
