- Collaborate with operations teams to design and implement workable solutions for client requirements.
- Facilitate cross-selling initiatives to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and internal operations staff to address challenges and future planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Strong ability to manage RFP processes and prepare professional sales presentations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue and performance targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Strong communication skills with a professional level of English.
