What you will do

• Design and ship AI agents and multi-step workflows using platforms such as Glean and Claude.
• Implement production AI patterns including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Create secure integrations to ingest data from enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SharePoint via APIs and webhooks.
• Proactively identify business friction points and rapidly prototype MVPs into scalable production solutions.
• Own LLM quality, telemetry, and cost management through prompt design, guardrails, and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Data and Analytics.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for USA Employment Benefits.
• Experience in technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Automation Engineer with direct stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience designing and supporting AI-enabled solutions in production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of RAG, model integration, and vector-backed retrieval.
• Ability to configure connectors and integrate enterprise applications using APIs and webhooks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with business systems like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and ERP tools.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Knowledge of enterprise security concepts including RBAC, SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams pairing technical build with business transformation.
