What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business needs, workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
• Design, build, prototype, and present agentic solutions, workflows, and multi-agent systems.
• Own end-to-end technical deployments for US enterprise customers from evaluation and solution design through production go-live.
• Translate customer needs into agent architectures, workflow logic, integration specifications, and deployment plans.
• Present demos and technical solutions to customer engineers, business leaders, and executives while supporting late-stage pre-sales.
• Troubleshoot APIs, authentication, data, agent behavior, workflow logic, and customer environments; create reusable implementation playbooks and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, AI Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience building agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, or AI automation solutions.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, orchestration, multi-agent workflows, evaluation, and agent debugging.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks, plus APIs, integrations, scripting, debugging, and cloud or web environments.
• Coding or scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States time zone and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI, agentic, automation, or enterprise SaaS products into production.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JWT, mTLS, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Experience with VPC or on-premises deployments, cloud infrastructure, containers, databases, logs, and production troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, data privacy, RBAC, audit, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Startup experience or work with regulated industries and complex enterprise security environments.
