Location: Remote (USA). Preference for candidates in the Peachtree Corners/Atlanta area for a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days in office), though fully remote candidates will be considered.

What you will do

  • Maintain full accounting oversight for multiple divisions, including planning and implementing financial strategies.
  • Oversee international and in-office Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections team members.
  • Manage ledger accounts, reconciliations, budgets, cash receipts, and disbursements.
  • Execute month-end close processes in strict adherence to US GAAP.
  • Collaborate with the parent company accounting team on reporting and intercompany account balancing.
  • Support external auditors by preparing necessary workpapers and financial data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of management experience preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Superior data management and analysis skills.
  • Experience with accounting software and databases (SAP experience preferred).
