Global Transfers Operations Specialist (Travel)

Location: Hoofddorp, the Netherlands; on-site. 36 hours per week on rotating morning and evening shifts, including weekends; no night shifts.

Salary: €2,800–€3,100 gross per month, based on 36 hours per week.

What you will do

• Coordinate ground transportation bookings for airline crews and clients through an international supplier network.
• Work with suppliers to resolve delays, schedule changes, last-minute requests, and operational disruptions.
• Monitor journeys and ensure crews arrive safely and on time.
• Coordinate transportation around crew duty times, rest requirements, and airport procedures.
• Maintain accurate booking and supplier information while communicating with clients, crews, and transportation partners.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve processes and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in airline operations, travel, logistics, transportation, hospitality, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Experience with suppliers or booking systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Availability for rotating morning and evening shifts, including weekends.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent Dutch HBO-level education is preferred.
