Delivery Station Team Leader (Logistics)

Location: Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands; on-site distribution center role

What you will do

• Manage daily operations at the large-item distribution center, including receiving, dispatch, sorting, loading, unloading, outbound processing, and handover.
• Schedule staff, allocate tasks, and monitor employee efficiency and operational quality.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and carriers while tracking delivery progress and on-time completion.
• Resolve damaged goods, delivery delays, customer complaints, and other operational exceptions.
• Oversee site safety, equipment usage, and 5S management.
• Monitor operational KPIs, optimize workflows, improve labor productivity and delivery efficiency, and support the station manager.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in daily logistics, distribution center, or delivery station operations.
• Ability to lead staff scheduling, task allocation, and on-site execution.
• Ability to coordinate drivers, carriers, and delivery handovers.
• Ability to monitor operational quality, safety standards, equipment usage, and KPIs.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
