Salary: $250,000 - $330,000 (Total compensation: $300,000 - $396,000)

What you will do

• Serve as lead in-house counsel for the Beast Membership program and Global Creator Platform.
• Advise on product features, subscription models, and global growth initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements including technology, sponsorship, and event contracts.
• Manage regulatory compliance regarding consumer protection, privacy, and children's safety frameworks.
• Oversee sweepstakes, contest frameworks, and high-value prize verification processes.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on specialized regulatory and compliance matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility for in-house registration under Rule 9.46.
• 8–10+ years of post-law school legal experience.
• Expertise in privacy frameworks including COPPA, CCPA/CPRA, and GDPR.
• Strong background in consumer protection, promotions law, and commercial agreement negotiation.
• Ability to provide practical, risk-calibrated legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
