What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately ten quality professionals.
• Ensure adherence to product and process quality standards.
• Drive organizational improvements and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement tools and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in quality management within high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a similarly demanding technical sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, SPC, 8D, APQP, PPAP).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development.
