What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately ten quality professionals.
• Maintain product and process quality standards in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Leadership experience in quality management within high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a similarly demanding technical sector.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, SPC, 8D, APQP, PPAP, quality management systems, and QESH standards.
• Experience with change management, organizational development, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
