What you will do

• Lead the submission of provider enrollment applications for assigned high-complexity states.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for state-specific credentialing and enrollment requirements.
• Validate provider data and documentation in partnership with Account Coordinators.
• Maintain professional relationships with payor representatives to resolve issues and accelerate approvals.
• Track application statuses, manage re-credentialing timelines, and perform proactive follow-ups.
• Provide daily status reports and maintain thorough documentation within internal tracking systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a US-based medical billing practice or medical practice dealing with billing (credentialing, authorizations, etc.).
• At least 2 years of college education.
• Must be able to work New York Time (EST) schedule.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication.
• Own computer and stable internet connection for a permanent work-from-home setup.
