Compensation: $143,625 – $299,375/yr

What you will do

• Design and operate agentic AI systems to automate the migration of pipelines to GitHub Actions.
• Establish enterprise-scale governance for GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows and templates.
• Standardize Artifactory repository structures and secure artifact consumption patterns.
• Define runner strategies and security boundaries for GitHub-hosted and self-hosted environments.
• Drive developer adoption through internal enablement, office hours, and data-driven improvements.
• Measure and optimize Developer Experience (DX) outcomes, including reliability and pipeline performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Senior-level experience building production-quality platform tooling or internal developer platforms.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, reliability, and large-scale migration planning.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including enterprise governance and reusable workflows.
• Practical experience building LLM/agentic AI systems with a focus on guardrails and evaluation.
• Strong proficiency with artifact repositories, specifically JFrog Artifactory.
