What you will do

• Define technical strategy for DevEx across build, test, delivery platforms, and agentic AI capabilities.
• Optimize CI/CD throughput, build/test times, and release orchestration at scale across a large codebase.
• Architect core services, APIs, and SDKs that power how engineers build, test, and deploy software.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve engineering velocity, software quality, and system reliability.
• Design AI-native developer interfaces and LLM-driven workflows into the build and code review lifecycle.
• Establish organizational standards for code quality, maintainability, and observability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale production distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages in cloud-native environments.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and modern software delivery environments.
• Proven experience designing developer-facing tools such as internal platforms, APIs, or SDKs.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export control regulations (U.S. Person).
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical decisions at the organizational level.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in remote execution, caching, or artifact systems.
• Experience with AI-native developer tooling, LLM-integrated workflows, or autonomous agents.
• Kubernetes operator development, CRD design, or control-plane work.
• Prior experience at a cloud infrastructure company or HPC environment.
