• Drive technical solutions for critical build and CI system problems to unblock engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product management and leadership to align on technical direction and solve complex DX challenges.
• Design and ship secure, resilient systems and high-quality code through iterative feature delivery.
• Improve CI reliability and reduce test flakiness to enhance the daily experience of hirify.global engineers.
• Operate and maintain highly available, company-wide CI platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby or Go.
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• 3+ years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience working as part of a distributed remote software engineering team.
• Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Previous experience working within a Developer Experience (DX) organization.
