Software Engineer

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Granada, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable software components based on functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain REST-based web services and data-driven applications.
• Architect solutions using microservices, containers, and messaging queues.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment.
• Write unit tests and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide accurate work estimates and collaborate with stakeholders on technical objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer on complex projects.
• Strong coding proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of OOP and design patterns.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain and based in or near Granada.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.
