We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer :rocket:

💼 Responsibilities:
— Design scalable, high-load, and distributed systems
— Develop and maintain both monolithic and microservice-based architectures
— Collaborate closely with PM, DevOps, ML teams and QA
— Make and justify architectural decisions and trade-offs
— Ensure technical quality, maintainability, and reliability of backend systems
— Take ownership of backend development across projects at different maturity stages
— Perform code reviews and support less experienced developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing
— Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and system architecture

🧠 Requirements:
— 3+ years of commercial experience in Python
— Deep understanding of System Design and high-load distributed systems
— Solid understanding of architectural trade-offs in real-world applications
— Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, including complexity analysis
— Hands-on experience with Django + DRF and FastAPI + SQLAlchemy
— Experience with PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, Redis, and ElastiCache
— Experience with both monolithic and microservice architectures
— Strong ownership, responsibility, and proactive mindset
— Ability to work effectively across multiple products and services
— English — B2+, Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native
— Residence outside Russia, Belarus & Ukraine

💫 Nice to have:
— Experience with cloud environments and distributed systems
— Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience
— Continuous learning mindset and participation in courses or self-development initiatives
— Experience working closely with ML and DevOps teams
