What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand processes and goals, then design and implement solutions using Maisa Studio.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical implementations and product feedback.
• Configure, extend, and integrate Maisa Studio into customer environments using APIs, connectors, webhooks, serverless functions, microservices, and event-driven flows.
• Design and support on-prem and customer-cloud deployments, including authentication/identity (OIDC, SAML), IAM, networking, and operational controls.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security for regulated environments by collaborating with QA, SRE, and AppSec teams.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed-system issues and produce operational documentation (runbooks, deployment patterns, troubleshooting guides).

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, DevOps/SRE Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer in customer-facing or delivery-oriented roles.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across code, integrations, and infrastructure in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with either (a) backend/full-stack development shipping production systems or (b) DevOps/SRE supporting production workloads.
• Integrations domain: hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures/queues; familiarity with serverless and enterprise integration patterns.
• DevOps/SRE domain: hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud providers and/or on-prem infrastructure; networking fundamentals.
• Security/identity domain: practical experience with OIDC, SAML, VPNs, certificates, and IAM concepts; ability to communicate clearly with technical stakeholders.
