What you will do

• Plan, deploy, and manage scalable Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments in Azure Government Cloud.
• Implement FSLogix profile management, MSIX app attach, and integrate with Defender and Sentinel.
• Secure M365 workloads in GCC High environments following DoD, FedRAMP High, and NIST 800-53 frameworks.
• Provide strategic input for identity and security architecture in M365 and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot Tier 3 issues related to Intune policy conflicts and AVD connectivity.
• Develop technical documentation and runbooks for compliance audits and operational transparency.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• BS/BA degree and 8 years of IT experience, or 10 years total without a degree.
• Proven experience with M365 GCC High, Azure Government Cloud, and DoD-compliant environments.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure AD Conditional Access.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and monitoring.
• Experience designing solutions aligned with Zero Trust Architecture and FedRAMP High standards.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as SC-200, MS-500, AZ-104, MD-102, or AZ-140.
• DoD 8570 Level II Certifications: Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Log Analytics, KQL, Logic Apps, and Graph API.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, DLP, and Insider Risk Management.
