Focus on architecting multi-tenant environments, remediating complex security issues, and supporting hybrid Active Directory platforms while working permanently from home on a Perth-time schedule.

Location: Permanent work from home, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Perth time, with a one-hour unpaid break.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure multi-tenant cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Develop and deploy PowerShell scripts and advanced automation workflows.
• Architect endpoint security, access management, and identity control solutions.
• Perform security remediation across server and workstation environments.
• Administer hybrid cloud platforms and legacy on-premise Active Directory.
• Provide escalation-level support and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of hands-on IT experience in an MSP or multi-client support environment.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and process automation skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of endpoint security, access management, and security remediation.
• Direct experience with hybrid cloud and on-premise Active Directory environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, CompTIA Security+, endpoint management, or identity management certifications.
• AZ-104, MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, SC-401, or AZ-305 certifications.
