Location: Onsite in Southfield, Michigan, United States. Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
Salary: $22 - $25 hourly

What you will do
- Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
- Correct dealer mistakes promptly and maintain comprehensive mastery of all company-offered games.
- Monitor and resolve technical disruptions in the studio to ensure optimal uptime and functionality.
- Handle and escalate guest complaints regarding game-related questions professionally.
- Collaborate with management to test and evaluate studio and application performance.
- Provide operational support to the Site Manager and lead conflict resolution within the studio.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills.
- Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards.
- Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
