What you will do

• Respond to and process incoming emergency parts orders and execute administrative controls in the SAP system.
• Act as the main contact for the local CS Service organization, providing supply chain expertise.
• Drive the replenishment and allocation of parts, analyzing usage and developing stocking plans.
• Optimize spare part and tool planning mechanisms in the US.
• Ensure customer lead time and fill rate targets are met, analyzing root causes and corrective actions.
• Participate in strategic initiatives optimizing supply chain performance, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant field experience in a complex customer-oriented logistics environment.
• Experience in building good customer relationships.
• Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain, and relevant industry.
• Advanced competencies in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology in the United States.
