What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of global digital initiatives for Chloé and Marni brand positioning.
• Manage and develop a junior team member and an intern.
• Orchestrate integrated digital timelines across Fashion Houses, Content, E-commerce, and Media teams.
• Drive the development of high-performing digital content for global campaigns and key business moments.
• Oversee and optimize the global digital budget to ensure strategic allocation and impact.
• Manage partnerships with creative, production, and media agencies to drive premium output.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in digital marketing or digital project management within luxury, fashion, or high-end consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and global image control.
• Proven experience managing 360 activations and global launches.
• Experience working with creative and production agencies with premium standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global and local teams.
• Must be based in Paris, France to support the hybrid working model.
