What you will do

• Ideate and execute CRM campaigns to boost engagement using music content.
• Own end-to-end campaign processes, including reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Editorial, Artist Relations, Data, and Design teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM performance metrics.
• Develop and iterate CRM automations with a focus on AB testing.
• Identify innovative ways to engage users across various channels.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris.
• Genuine enthusiasm for customers and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in project management or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (ideally Braze).
• Working proficiency in English.
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude.
