What you will do
- Own day-to-day media buying, optimization, and pacing across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn in France.
- Translate market priorities into concrete growth strategies and execution plans in partnership with global teams.
- Determine the media mix, lead budget allocation, and manage the experimentation roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Data team to run incrementality studies, interpret MMMs, and utilize MMP data.
- Analyze performance data to provide creative insights and manage the rotation of assets based on performance.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of CRO initiatives to improve app and web conversion funnels.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management across major advertising platforms.
- Strong optimization mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams using structured testing and iteration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), lift studies, and incrementality testing.
- Proficiency in French and good English.
- Must be based in Paris, France.
