What you will do

• Own day-to-day media buying, optimization, and pacing across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn in France.
• Translate market priorities into concrete growth strategies and execution plans in partnership with global teams.
• Determine the media mix, lead budget allocation, and manage the experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Data team to run incrementality studies, interpret MMMs, and utilize MMP data.
• Analyze performance data to provide creative insights and manage the rotation of assets based on performance.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of CRO initiatives to improve app and web conversion funnels.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management across major advertising platforms.
• Strong optimization mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams using structured testing and iteration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), lift studies, and incrementality testing.
• Proficiency in French and good English.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
