What you will do

• Lead the conception, development, and scaling of AI use-cases and products from initial idea to production.
• Develop conceptual foundations for AI deployment, including AI strategies, operating models, and governance structures.
• Manage the entire AI solutions product lifecycle, encompassing discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and go-live.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, and architects to build scalable AI products.
• Assess technical feasibility using modern GenAI, AI Agent, and data architectures.
• Prepare decision documents and moderate discussions for management and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in consulting, product management, or digital transformation.
• Thorough understanding of GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agent systems.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and communicating complex issues to C-suite executives.
• Fluent German and English skills (business proficiency).
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region and mainland Europe.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically as an AI Product Manager or Data Product Manager.
