What you will do
- Define and manage the advertising product roadmap to increase monetization while preserving user experience.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to optimize ad placements, layouts, refresh strategies, and native formats.
- Analyze key performance indicators including RPM, eCPM, fill rate, CTR, and Core Web Vitals.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate page templates, navigation, and optimization strategies.
- Evaluate and implement programmatic advertising platforms, SSPs, and header bidding solutions.
- Monitor industry trends in privacy regulations, AI-powered optimization, and publisher technologies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital publishing, adtech, e-commerce, or consumer web platforms.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems and publisher monetization strategies.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions, and SSPs.
- Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Domo, Looker, VWO, or Optimizely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
