What you will do

• Build and optimize ads retrieval and early ranking systems using advanced industrial techniques.
• Research, implement, and deploy model architectures including information retrieval, ANN, and recommendation systems.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data systems, pipelines, and backend services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and marketing stakeholders.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models into production.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the job offered or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, or C++.
• Experience with data processing frameworks like Spark and Kafka.
• Experience with cloud service providers (AWS or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York office.
