IT Engineer (Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in Nicosia, Cyprus (4 days office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Oversee office IT infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, telephony, and video conferencing.
• Manage SaaS tools such as Notion, Jira, and Aircall.
• Provide IT support and onboarding assistance, collaborating with HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and manage the full equipment lifecycle.
• Implement and manage MDM solutions for MacOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Conduct security audits and implement security measures like SSO and compliance protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, or in IT Support within a similar scale organization.
• Experience in setup and management of Google Workspace stack or alternatives.
• Ability to troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
• Proven experience in end-to-end equipment lifecycle and office infrastructure setup.
• Capability to write clear technical documentation and process descriptions.
• English: B1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing automation solutions using code or no-code approaches.
• Knowledge of SOC2, SOC3, or Cyber Essentials.
